What Is a DMCA Takedown Notice?
A DMCA Takedown Notice is a formal legal request asking us to remove or disable access to content alleged to be infringing. Under the DMCA, service providers are protected from copyright liability when they respond promptly to valid takedown notices.
TechConnect Hub will investigate all valid notices and act in accordance with the law. Abuse of this process — including submitting false or misleading notices — may have legal consequences.
How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA notice, you must include all of the following:
✔ A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent
✔ Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
✔ The specific URL(s) on techconnet.site where the infringing content appears
✔ Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
✔ A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
✔ A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a Counter-Notification. A valid counter-notice must include:
✔ Your physical or electronic signature
✔ Identification of the content that was removed and its former location
✔ A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake
✔ Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
✔ Consent to jurisdiction of the applicable federal court
We will process valid counter-notices in accordance with the DMCA.
Repeat Infringer Policy
TechConnect Hub maintains a strict policy of terminating accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe in good faith infringes the intellectual property rights of others, without prior notice.
